I agree not to sub-contract or outsource any work without explicit prior approval from Emerald City Productions.

I understand that I have the right to propose and negotiate my own rate for work and rates may vary from contract-to-contract. I agree to receive payment checks weekly by direct deposit after submitting an invoice or timesheet.

I understand that building keys, apparel, or credentials may be provided for convenience purposes only and are not required, nor are they indications of an employee-employer relationship. I once again acknowledge my status as an independent contractor and agree to return any keys, apparel, or credentials promptly upon any 1-month lapse of work.
